I have recently got to view an interesting film that  is full of history, biblical wisdom, tragedy and so much more! It is called The Hopeful. This is an inspiring film you can watch with the entire family! The Hopeful is the true story of a community whose lives were transformed as they learn what it means to truly wait for Jesus. This sweeping drama, set in 19th century New England, invites audiences of all ages to imagine how hope can change the world. I really enjoyed this film and I think that believers and non-believers alike would like it as well.

About the film:

I am the women's ministry director at our church, and I am always looking to find new Bible Study's. I am excited to share about God's Goodness for the Chosen: Season 4. It seems to have everything that I look for in a good Bible study for a small group. The study is full of scripture, maps, and Biblical insights. It is a great resource as you watch season 4 of The Chosen, as it walks you through commentary that is in the show. There are even personal study questions for the reader to dig deeper and reflect on their own life and how the study applies to them. Cabrini- Review and Giveaway!!

I have had the privilege to view the film ‘Cabrini’. As a women, this was so inspiring and incredible! In this movie, we travel back to a time where women had to fight a lot harder to make a difference. It is a reminder that anything worth having, is worth fighting for! I knew it would be great because the film is from Angel Studios, who brought us ‘The Sound of Freedom’ and that was also an amazing movie. And they did it again! They brought us another film that did NOT disappoint with Cabrini! I highly encourage anyone of all ages to see this movie! You will not regret it and you will gain some insight into how it was like, before our time here in the United States and the effort and action it took to get us where we are today! Just a little bit about Francesca Cabrini: Over the course of 34 years Cabrini established an astonishing 67 hospitals, orphanages, and schools. Her energy was fueled by an intense focus on serving Jesus in whatever He asked of her and her legacy still stands today. Cabrini was canonized in 1946 by Pope Pius XII and became the first American citizen to be named a saint. Four years later she was given the title of Patroness of Immigrants.

When I was a teenager, I was gifted a teen devotional Bible. It had hundreds of short devotions and topics inserted throughout the Bible that teens typically struggle with.
